it fits brilliantly and the customer service i got was great i think they only seem to have problems with gowns

I ordered a school girl outfit, corset and a lolita dress, it took about 5-6 weeks for it get here but it was worth the wait, the quality was very good and they fit perfectly! :)

Maybe it's because you moved. Did you check to see if the order went to your old address? Sites wont hold themselves liable for it if the items were already sent.

I have never ordered. But My close friend has, she says:

"The clothes are beautiful and good material. But some shoppers may never get their order or an item. I ordered two dresses and a skirt. Only the skirt came in the mail. And it wasn't that good in quality... :(  "

I ordered from them earlier this year as a sort of early birthday gift to myself. I got the size bigger then what is actually my size so it came in pretty huge. When I had it taken in, the lady still got it a bit too long so I don't wear it. Personally, I didn't think the quality fabric was that great, cause it ripped in the armpit area when I made some sort of movement, but that could just be the dress I ordered too. It came with a petticoat but that wasn't too great either. Probably won't buy from them again.
