Hey everyone! :3 I was wondering if anyone has any tips and tricks on how to do gyaru eye make up! Thanks in advance!

White eyeliner and eyeshadow is a MUST  also, don't be afraid to draw "outside the lines". Most eye makeup is done only on the lid and right under the water line and such, but putting the white eyeliner either thicker than normal or a little bit away from the regular spots will help  I've also seen some girls do little dots under their eyes with the white eyeliner as well  it makes your eyes look larger 

Well, it really depends on the look you're going for. Magazines like Koakuma Ageha and Ranzuki have loads of eye make-up tutorials if you want to try different kinds (･w･)
