I think it's art. The compostition is nice as well as the colors. You can tell her eyes are closed. It just seems a little fun to have somethings out of porportion. lol

i think its creepy, and cute at the same time...it would take a long time to do, and you've have to have a skilled hand!

I like the colors she uses a lot, but I think gaga's look better(probably because she had a team of make up artists helping her ^^)
