Does anybody know what items (dresses, accessories, bags, etc. ) come with it and if so what the prices are? I have been searching for over 90 minutes and have found barely anything on either  .

I think it was around $300 (approximation) for the OP, brand new.  But for JSK, not quite sure about the price.

They´re selling it on Closet Child at the moment, I don´t know if you knew. :) The Dress in Red and Black, and the cute little matching tophat. ^.^ 16800 and 3800 yen respectively.

It´s really pretty, I agree. I love Meta dresses. Someday I will find that Cherry Gingham print dress in blue once more.

Ahh i know its a hard print to find!! I've been after the skirt in green myself for awhile...just wish I'd bought it when it first came out lol.
