Tips for a great morning

1.  Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up
2.  Do some stretches... (if you know yoga -- do the downward facing dog?)

3.  Do at least 50 jumping jacks (get your morning started)
4.  Drink a hot drink (tea or coffee or choco) -- it gives you a relax feeling
5.  Hold a smile for about 10 seconds.. (it will cheer you up!)'

Yeah, you most definitely have to eat breakfast. It will kick start your metabolism and wake your body up. Something with both carbs and protein, like toast with peanut butter, is great because the energy from the carbs kick in fast, and the energy from the protein will last until your next meal ^_^ also, frog, child's pose, pigeon and cobra are wonderful for waking up your muscles in the morning (my mom used to teach yoga)  hope that helps!! :3

I've never been able to eat very much for breakfast.. doesn't go down very well. But I find that half a banana or a little bit of some other fruit work very well. Always very small portions though or something light I guess... you know those foods that give you a clean feeling in your tummy.

I have a yoga dvd that is about 15 minutes long and it's a good relaxing thing to do to wake up~
