John was awaken by his phone, he looked at the time it was 2am he wondered who texted him.
hi ,,,will you be my textmate?..
-unknown number..
He hesitated at first but he replied..
hi. sure no problem..who are you ? how did you get my number ? or Stephen would you cut it out its 2am please this is a bad joke .
He thought it was a prank by one of his friends..But to his surprise the unknown number replied saying
I'm Lara and sorry if I texted this early morning . its just that I cant sleep and so I exchange the last 3 numbers of my number thats how i got your number..Sorry I really am..
John too apologized for being rude and of course they become good textmates . They shared romantic messages , funny jokes and asked each other many questions..
Lara , I think I've fallen in love with you..
Lara replied
So did I ...but we haven't even met each other or even hear each other's voice..
Then Lara do you mind me calling right this instant?..

John was speechless because of the angelic voice from the other line . They talked and talked...everyday ,,everynight he calls..But one day Lara didnt greet him goodmorning and etc....2months had past he still waited for her...
*ring,,,ring,,,ring* John was stunned it was Lara calling. He picked it up and say a lot of things ...
John, lets meet...Tomorrow come to the cafe beside the train station 3pm,i'll be wearing blue dress with white roses designed on it ..I'll be waiting.
A tear fell from his eye ..his heart full of joy and happiness..Night came he couldn't sleep because of excitement...
2pm John made his way to the cafe , he bought a bouquet of white roses for Lara..exactly 3pm he's there standing at the cafe window ..*breath in,breath out come one John this is the day ,,stay calm be cool everything gonna be-* his thought was cut when he saw a woman wearing a blue dress with white roses. There he goes ..walked towards her and greeted her .
You're on time John ,,how handsome you are..
uhm ,,uh-uhm roses for you . hope you like them .

He was mesmerized by her innocent blue eyes,fair white as snow skin,rosy cheeks,red lips ,blonde hair ..face like an angel ...voice like an angel and smile that melts his heart..They talked for quite a long time..but they have to bid goodbye ....Lara gave her address to John and asked him to visit tomorrow..
He pushed the doorbell and a lady smiled and said
Oh you must be John, Lara told me everything about you..Come in.
He looked around and asked
where is she?..
But the lady frowned and asked him to follow her..He smelled candles and white roses ..He cant believe what he is seeing..a casket surrounded by white roses and candles ..There he saw his beloved Lara lying ,,he asked when did she .
She died 5days ago,,she had leukemia..
5days ago?..But we just met yesterday and she also wore that dress she's wearing now..how come? wheres her cellphone? she called me yesterday
you're imagining things John..I know its hard for you but bare with it...she's always .always in your heart..her cellphone is inside the casket with her..
John cried and cried ...He cant accept the fact that Lara was gone...He kept on thinking if that was an illusion or dream that they met...no its not he has the receipt of the cafe and the rose he bought ..Then he's phone vibrate he looked at it ..stunned of what he saw ,,,John smiled and said that was no dream ...everything was real ...
message that John received was from Lara saying
I bid you goodbye my love,,sorry for everything now now ,,cry no more..im glad i met you..i love you with all my heart and thank you for spending your time texting me ......i'll treasure all our memories ,,now forget about me and start a new life .,,,goodbye John
