A local toy store where I live has a hello kitty section. Also I like to shop around, you can sometimes find clothing and accsesories at weird places. Like there are gothic lolita shoes at smash (a record store), and accsesories at H-mart (an aisian grocery store)
Hot Topic, Target, and also there's a Hello Kitty store like twenty minutes away from where I live. owo!! I went there this morning and bough a Cinnamoroll Bento box. <3
Here in the UK we have www.artbox.co.uk which is good for little household items and stationary. I like Shana Logic too which has jewellery and some other bits. They have this plush called a Marshmallow Bunny and it is very cute.

I normally go to Artbox for cute things, shops like Forbidden Planet also sometimes have Hello Kitty sections, exploring markets and shopping areas is also a good way to find small shops selling cute things, but they are sometimes hard to find :(
the (quite literally) have just about everything
