I agree with lolita-Tabi. It sounds like you're being taken advantage of. YOu should tell her that regardless that they may not have a room, but they still stay UNDER THE ROOF, therefore they DO live there and should share equal rent. If they don't have an income and can't pay, that's understandable, but if they work and only use the money to buy the stuff they want, they're nothing but dead weight tying you down. Since the utilities are going up, soon you'll be in oer your head and won't be able to make up the money. I'd tell them just to go bum off somebody else who can pay for it X3
