Our MAF Girl of the week for this week is coming all the way from Japan! She is half Japanese and half American and you've probably seen her posts on the forum, blogs since she's very friendly and cheerful.
Let's all congratulate
lovelycatcafe!
Tell us about yourself:Well, there's not much to really say about me, other than the fact that I'm a poor college student in Japan. My major is Japanese Education. English, and International Business. I'm half-Japanese, my mother is American and my father is Japanese. I see my mother only about once a year, so we mostly skype to keep in touch. I'm a very shy, and reserved in person, but I'll eventually open up to others when I get to know them more; I'm the 'wallflower' in most situations. I have many hobbies, such as drawing, calligraphy, studying languages and the study of the occult history of Japan-I'm not that interesting of a person, as you can tell.
Name (nickname): Rie is my real name, but you can call me Lea.
Location: Neyagawa, Osaka, Japan
Fashion style: Mori(for the most part)
Fashion motto: If it's frilly, lacey, and white, I must have it.
Who's your inspiration?: Fashion wise, my inspiration would be Közi, and though he's not well known in the Japanese public, I adore his style and as such, is the root of many of the characters I draw, as well as my drawing style as of late.
Fashion tips: I have none to give, unfortunately.
Message to MAF community: I hope all of you continue to pursue your goals, whether it be in the fashion world, or otherwise.
