Simon and Martina, well specifically Martina did a review for 2 BB creams - Etude House and IPKN New York. It's hard to determine which BB cream is right for you, the best way to determine is to try and see which one fits you best.
I'm not a big makeup person. I wonder if that would do anything about people who break out. I spent lots of money on foundations and things before, and they tend to make me break out (even the high end types) and I don't exactly know how else to figure out which ones I would need. Do they cause breakouts?

Pretty and Cute is the official US distributor for Holika Holika and Lioele cosmetics. They are great, though a little pricy. You can find some of the products cheaper on eBay, but there is the risk of fakes.
