This year is the year of the Dragon, and so China has released their New Years stamp, but some say that the dragon design is 'too ferocious' or 'too scary'...what do you think?
I like it. The represents the strength and fierceness of the dragon beautifully!

I can understand why some people would be intimidated by it. I was when I first saw the picture, but that being said, dragons are supposed to do just that,look ferocious. I like it, though. It's a great depiction for 2012, and it's a rather refreshing step away from the cute stuff.

I like it. A dragon should be strong looking, plus I think there was so much cute stuff for the rabbit year. Time to change it up.

@zeruda: in Asian cultures, dragons are good luck! They bring wealth and prosperity. But in Western culture, it's the opposite--they are evil and destroy cities and stuff.
But, yes, they aren't supposed to be cuddly~ ^_^
