Yah... I have both of those..... plus a few of their other ones.....
As for quality, T-shirts and hoodies are normally ok, its their dresses and corsets and skirts that suck.

They're also where my siblings and I get our Naruto shirts, where my sister gets her Hello Kitty stuff, and I just found a Hatsune Miku shirt on their website. *Q*

Hot Topic's been selling a lot of stuff like this lately. Last time I went in there (which was recently) they had Hetalia, Death the Kid, Death Note, and Pokemon t-shirts, plus a super-cute Pikachu sweatshirt with ears on the hood.
