Your thoughts - Dresses with capes?

innocent-w.jp - Innocent World is currently having a sale - and I noticed this dress under the 50% off clearance.  It's a Jumper skirt and a cape together.  The name of the dress is Classic Chelsea JSK.  It was 24,990 and now its only 12,495 Yen! 

The print consists of classic chairs that has the feel of medieval in Europe.  The Baroque chair (similar style of King Louis XV). 

The cape is fully detachable it can be worn with the dress or without. 

Your thoughts: Do you like capes with dresses?

I do! But sometimes it depends in colors, prints, details, etc... but I really adore them!

They look cute, but I don´t know how I´d feel about wearing them...I tend to think that capes should be a bit longer than the ones that are usually paired with skirts and JSKs. It might be fun to experiment with one and see how many differnt ways you can wear it, though. :) But solid-color capes, not ones with prints, I think.

I don't tend to like capes. If they are removable then I don't mind them. Then you can experiment by pairing the cape with different items.

I think capes are cute when wearing Blouses all the time get old. I don't own one but they seem like a trendy ready to happen again.

I like it. I like the idea with Capes with dresses. Just in case it's a bit chilled out you can always toss it over your shoulders. I am not crazy about too many prints though.

If co-ordinated well I think they look adorable. I don't like capes that are randomly covered in bad lace or have weird details though.

I like capes with skirts - it looks very classic and if they match, the whole coordinate just looks well put together.
