Music-wise, I like 90’s “goth rock” (Jack off Jill, anyone?), post punk, dark wave (especially neoclassical dark wave), dark cabaret/vaudeville inspired acts, music from the 50s, rockabilly, alternative rock, girly rock, pop-rock and even some full out divas like Lady GaGa and Koda Kumi.

I was once a visual rock enthusiast, but now most of the Japanese artists I listen to are awesome women like Tomoko Kawase, Shiina Ringo, Kaela Kimura, Aya Kamiki, Anna Tsuchiya... I have a very obvious thing for lolita related artists like Kanon Wakashima, ALI PROJECT, LUCI'FER LUSCIOUS VIOLENOUÉ, Yousou Teikoku and Nana Kitade too. Not that I stopped listening to all that is visual kei, but I listen mostly to disbanded groups I loved, like Kagerou and deadman.

My favorite band is most probably Placebo, and Gackt is my favorite artist. I also have a love for She Wants Revenge, The Cure, Bauhaus, Siouxsie, Rasputina, the Dresden Dolls, Emilie Autumn, The Puppini Sisters, The Baseballs, Dick Brave and the backbeats, David Bowie, Klaus Nomi, Adam Lambert and loads of other things.

My favorite books are probably The Catcher in the Rye, Lolita, The Red and the Black, Vanity Fair, Dangerous Liaisons, Pride and Prejudice, Wuthering Heights and Murder on the Orient Express.My main hobby is reading - classics/period books/sci-fi/supernatural fiction/fairy-tales/serial killer fiction/murder mysteries/children’s books/etiquette books. I have had an infatuation with vampire fiction since forever, but I don't like Twilight. :P

I got for princess or doll concepts in most of my outfits - they might be more mature, more elgant, or sweeter, cuter, more formal or totally casual depending on the day.

The styles I tend to wear are lolita [classical, sweet, hime], himegyaru and himekaji, and otome/ojousama/cute-kei inspired. I'm also into natural kei and mori-girl, but I haven't tried it yet. When I'm not in the mood for a fuss I'm generally in skinny jeans - polka dotted, maybe! - with girly printed pastel t-shirts, pretty grown-up ruffled blouses or lacey camisoles.
